Career Day Inc. at Hicksville High School
April 14 and 16, 2020
Career Day Inc. played a pivotal role in ensuring that Hicksville High School students continued to receive valuable career guidance despite the challenges posed by the COVID-19 pandemic. Originally scheduled for April 3 as an in-person event, Career Day Inc. quickly adapted to the changing circumstances by transforming the event into a two-day Virtual Career Day. This innovative approach allowed students to connect with professionals from diverse industries through online platforms.
Career Day Inc., in partnership with Hicksville High School Principal Ray Williams, was instrumental in organizing this virtual forum, ensuring that students could still explore various career paths and gain insights from experts, even during school closures.
