THE SUMMIT

Following the success of our 2023 program, The Summit School once again welcomed back Career Day Inc., much to the delight and enthusiasm of the students. This year’s program introduced 14 new speakers from diverse backgrounds, maintaining the engaging format that made last year’s program so impactful.

We were honored to have Michael Shapot as our keynote speaker. A prominent figure in Manhattan’s real estate industry, Michael transitioned from a successful legal career to become a top-producing real estate leader, earning accolades at every firm he’s been part of.

After Michael’s inspiring speech, students moved on to individual sessions, where they had the opportunity to connect with speakers like Eric Black, a graffiti artist at JCAL; Emma Leavy, a cinematographer and owner of her own production company; David Rosen, a retired pilot; and many others.

The program concluded with a networking lunch, allowing students to engage further with the speakers, enjoy a meal, and explore various career paths in greater depth.
